Signal Ahead! In
October 05', the City of Lake Elsinore announced plans to design and install
new signals at the intersection of Grand and the SR-74. This improvement
will be completed in 2006 and should reduce the wait times during peak
traffic hours.
UPDATE: The signal project is moving forward. Although final plans and specs have not been recieved by the city, the Council has approved a change order for extending paving to the City/County boundary at Grand. The city is awaiting final plans and specs and anticipates the project will start late 2006.
